“I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip. Upon entering our room on a Monday evening, I noted the typical "do not disturb" door hanger on our door and left it for us to sleep in in the morning. I……

“The customer service was excellent on arrival, however that morning when we went to eat breakfast, the lady preparing was taking everything away about 20 minutes til. We ask for milk for my grandson that’s 5 for milk, she was very rude and told us the milk was gone, she had already taken butter, and everything else out of refrigerator.”
