I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well. Overall the property was clean. However, the shower curtain on the top level had scum and mildew on it and the comforter had 3 big stains. More furniture in the living room and porch would be nice as well. Walkable to great restaurants, attractions (Findlay market, TQL stadium, Washington Park, etc), and bars. Only a few blocks from the Free Streetcar stop. We had a great weekend!"
