Lovely Location and Condo

The condo location and proximity to the beach was perfect for our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and is stocked with paper towels, linens, and basic toiletries. We loved staying here and will be back!

Beautiful Beach Front Stay

Great beach location

If you are looking for a less busy area, the Vistas is the place to be. The condo fit our needs as we try to do some cooking ourselves instead of eating out. Easy walk to the beach or to get in your car/take the Freebie to another area.

Family Reunion

Patrick was a gracious host pre- and post-visit while also providing everything we needed in the unit. It's ideally located on the beach and within walking distance of many fine restaurants. Emily in the office was also very helpful.

A Great Property

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had ever! The owner Patrick is fantastic and gives you a welcome call and all necessary check in instructions. We had an issue with the sofa sleeper during our stay and he couldn’t have been more proactive to the point of putting in new furniture! So easy to access everything from this 2nd floor unit- stairs and elevator both handy. Parking was never an issue. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach. The on site staff are also wonderful - Emily and Mark. Gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beach is great and not crowded at all and this was spring break week. Would definitely repeat!

Great spot on the beach!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! This location is so close to the beach and has plenty of room within the unit for 4 people comfortably. The unit owner Patrick was very kind and was sure to explain the whole check in process as well as the amenities before we checked in. We look forward to future stays here, and highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for convenience and proximity to all the great things that St Pete beach has to offer!

Family gathering

Had a great experience here. The owner reached out to make sure we were set to arrive and responded immediately when I had a question. There is also an office on site to help if needed. The location is perfect for SPB stay. The unit was immaculate and had plenty of towels, hangers, linens, etc. And VERY easy to leave-no long list of to-do's before checking out. We plan on visiting again next year. I highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay and a beautiful beach just steps away

We had a great stay in this condo. The proximity of the beach was amazing! The condo was clean and ready earlier than expected. The office gals were so nice to keep our luggage since we arrived early. We walked everywhere and used the FreeBee service to bring home groceries. Our family has been up and down the gulf coast and decided we really liked this area and will be sure to come back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and all the recommendations prior to our visit.

Great summer vacation

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and updated unit. Love all the remote check in processes. Pool is not very big but it was perfect for young kids and adults who just want to chill. You access the beach from the pool. It’s fantastic. Fished from the beach and went to bush gardens. There are so many restaurants. The location is not touristy but not dead either. There is a Publix and a starbucks too. Would stay forever if I could.

Great location!

Yes, we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. From the first moment I booked it , Patrick, the owner was in contact with me. He told me the various restaurants that were great, beach bars, etc. Reassurance when getting a VRBO, sight unseen, leaves you a bit uneasy, especially when taking friends. The pictures were absolutely accurate, the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE, convenience right off the elevator, beach right out your backdoor. Emily and Mark were right on property to help with any need that could arise. All new blinds and my understanding he is doing additional improvements, although we were all comfortable as is. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony just as he said. Our only issue, which Patrick had nothing to do with (hahaha) was it rained 4 out of the 5 days we were there. That was a bit disappointing, but we still enjoyed out getaway from everyday life. I would highly encourage you to rent from Patrick!

Nice getaway

This is our first time in this building on Saint Pete beach. It was very clean and spacious and well appointed. Our bed was extremely comfortable and there were no issues with noise from neighbors. Check-in was seamless as the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed time down at the surf which was about a 2 minute walk beyond the pool. There are a lot of decent restaurants and bars in the area. We had a wonderful meal at a restaurant called The Middle Ground. And we enjoyed a great breakfast at The Frog Pond. We did have one TV that was not working in the guest bedroom. The office assisted in trying to resolve the problem but they had to refer it to the cable company which would be repaired after our stay. Also the guest bedroom tended to be warmer than the rest of the apartment. When family arrived we had to make sure that they could park somewhere but the office helped us out with that. All in all had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.
