Coastal Cottage ... Alquiler de playa de lujo con comodidades de primer nivel para 1-14 personas

Ven a relajarte y escaparte en esta lujosa casa junto al mar. . Este es un lugar para que usted, su familia y amigos disfruten con un gran patio cerrado. Somos perros amigables. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está a una distancia caminable tanto del pueblo como de la playa. Con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, esta casa está lista para satisfacer todas sus necesidades ... lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar a 14 personas de manera muy cómoda, pero lo suficientemente acogedora para 2-3. Fuera del dormitorio principal encontrará una habitación dedicada para su bebé. Viene equipado con Cuna y cambiador. En la planta baja encontrará dos dormitorios. Un dormitorio principal con cama king que se abre al patio y al patio. Baño privado con doble tocador. Una sala de búsqueda con cama de matrimonio con baño completo. Arriba, dos dormitorios adicionales con jack y baño Jill (2 baños privados). El primer dormitorio tiene cama king. El segundo dormitorio (habitación con literas) tiene literas de tamaño completo con dos camas individuales en la parte inferior. También tiene cama Queen con sofá cama doble. Le encantará pasar tiempo con todos en las amplias salas de estar abiertas ... una gran cocina con todas las comodidades. Cualquier entusiasta disfrutaría cocinando en la cocina y afuera con el nuevo Weber Grill junto con la quema y el quemador lateral. Además, hemos incluido un quemador y una olla grande para que hierva los camarones. Hay cuatro bicicletas (3-townies) que son increíbles para manejar con canastas para ir de compras.

The home was a great rental property-the kitchen had all needed dishes, gadgets, and utensils to make phenomenal meals. The Bbq Grill was a great touch. The exterior was immaculate and was manicured several times during our stay. The pool was also lovely and maintained while we were there.

Great location

Perfect location. Great property for a multi family vacation. The pool was a great size and there are nice shaded areas in the back yard as well. The common area is large and accommodated our big group well. Location is walking distance to the beach and village. The owners are easily available and quick to respond. Just perfect!

St. Simons

Thanks to this house we had a great vacation with our extended family. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we spent lots of time in the pool. The pool towels were of excellent quality and we enjoyed the ice maker. The house was big enough for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again. St. Simons is a beautiful place to vacation with many restaurant choices.

This house is excellent. Has everything we needed. Large enough for the 4 adults and all 5 of our grandchildren. The pool was awesome and close to the beach! We’ve stayed in quite a few houses over there and this one is the best!!

Beautiful property and wonderful owners!

This was our first time traveling to SSI. Our trip was cut short unfortunately, but from what we did get to experience, the area is laid back and family friendly. The home was as described in the listing, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool was such a hit with the littles! Communication with Maria was wonderful! My entire family would recommend staying!

Fantastic House on SSI

The house and pool and location were amazing. The host answered all our questions immediately! We had one issue, and someone was sent over super fast to take care of the problem. Everything else was perfect!

St Simons Island beach house

The house was just as beautiful as the picture show clean well taken care of and the owner was very easy and great to deal with. Got back with us on any questions we asked and was very informative and helped us with restaurants and anything else we asked for. Would definitely book it again and tell anybody else what a great place it was.

Great property for families

House is outstanding, plenty of room for all 11 of us to enjoy the family room. Was everything advertised and more. Furniture, beds, kitchen all were first class. Great property for young kids, Weather was not great for a couple of days, the heated pool was a big winner, they spent hour's playing in it. Close to water and downtown great shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay for all other us.

It was a great house, owner super responsive. Great location, convenience to restaurants (rent a Moke)! One thing to be aware of, road noise while using pool. The road is fairly active, did not bother us; but, it is something to consider. House was well equipped, very clean.

Terrific Winter Getaway

The house was exactly as described and perfect for a family visit to SSI. The house was beautiful and clearly a reflection of lovely, upscale taste with every amenity considered to make for a comfortable stay. We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was well worth it as the kids swam daily even during unusually cold weather. Maria always responded promptly to communication, and her recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot-on. We have rented homes several times in the past, and this is the best property and host!

Better than you can imagine.

Working with the owners of this property, made this rental seamless. They were attentive to all of our needs, and very accommodating. The property simply amazed us in person compared with the photos and the photos look amazing to begin with. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Awesome stay, property. Great owners!

House looked great in the pictures, but even better in person. None of that "fisheye lense distorted size" issues. Coastal Cottage was spacious!!! Comfy beds, plenty of room, awesome kitchen. We ate out most of this trip but the house has plenty of cooking, grilling and even Blackstone cooking options. Location was wonderful. Had a large F150 and Minivan in the parking area and still had room for 2 golf cards with room to spare. Owners were easy to work with, easy to contact and replied pretty quickly when we had some questions come up. Out experience with Coastal Cottage and the Gilberts was fantastic.

Awesome house for a big family!

We had a fantastic time at this house! Great location, beautifully decorated, fun pool with volleyball net, well-equipped kitchen, large enough for our family of 10. The nursery was perfect for our little one-year-old grandson. We will definitely be back to this same house. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed driving it all over town. We also rented a tent and chairs/towels for the beach from The Tent Guys. They were great, and it was nice not having to lug chairs, etc., to the beach. Such a fun, memorable week.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

We loved the location of this home. It’s close to everything. The pool was a big hit for our kids. We loved the back yard to hang out with the kids. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores. Property manager was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful Coastal Cottage

Very beautiful and clean house. The kitchen has a big island to prepare meals with big families and a large table to eat at. Many spots to sleep. The beds are very comfortable. If you have a lot of people or staying awhile bring extra things such as toilet paper/paper towels/laundry pods/dish soap/garbage bags as they do carry all those things you will need to restock as they do list in their stay description. Great for grilling. The pool is perfect and has a volleyball net/ball to play with. Enjoyed making smores in the firepit at night and looking up at the night sky. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 min and the property is in a great location to all the tourist spots. What a great stay and beautiful town!!!
