This was a long planned yearly vacation with booked tickets. I had to fight to get my money refunded for the booking, then they shorted me by about $20\. When I asked for the full amount, I got it, eventually. VRBO waited a FULL month to refund the $140 booking fee they charged on the reservation. This is after I spent a total of almost two hours on the phone with them. Beware: The burden is on YOU if the property owner cancels to PROVE that it is their fault and not yours. The house was super clean, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The inside of the house looked almost new thanks to recent renovations. There is plenty of parking out front and a neat space out back with a grill and plenty of seating. Restaurants, shops and the beach were just a short walk yet the cottage was on a quiet secluded street. As a bonus, the house is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. The check-in process and communication was fantastic and the house itself was comfortable and very recently remodeled. It's very spacious for two bedrooms and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet location that is still convenient to the beach and the village.
