Island Square is conveniently located off Demere Road, just steps from some of the Island's favorite restaurants and shopping destinations. In addition, Island Square is just a 2-mile bike ride or quick drive to the beach. This particular condominium has 2 bedrooms and two fulll baths as well as a small sitting area on the enclosed porch off the living room/dining area. Within Island Square, guests may enjoy the community swimming pool and fitness center. Island Square #106 has a beautifully updated kitchen as well as both bathrooms. It has hard surface floors throughout. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homey. This property provides streaming services only, no traditional cable.
