“I had a wonderful stay at Shama Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean, the views were insane, and the beds were extremely comfortable. "房間的景觀、設備很好，但有一股很奇怪的氣味。另外是酒店服務員的質素有點極端，部份在櫃枱服務員反應和處理很不專業。畢竟是五星酒店，處事能力實在有點不力。另外，最令人無耐的是住客竟然在酒店享用星耀廳自助晚餐無折扣，而附近沒有其他餐廳，只能在酒店食中菜館完事。 另外，早餐的質素也是很弱，食物種類多但不新鮮不好吃。我和媽媽食完早餐後都拉肚子。。。 總結：除了180度海景的景觀外，無論地點，服務質素，對住客的款待等都不太理想，應該不會再選擇入住。"
