"I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. "When we drove up I wasn't so sure that we had made the best decision on staying here. We were put on the back part of the property in a part that was not attached to the main building. I was worried about safety. There were no issues though. The room was clean and very comfortable, The breakfast was in a separate building. This area was immaculate. We had lots of choices. The food was delicious. I am glad we stayed here."

"My wife and I loved our visit to the Gunn House Hotel. We met Harry who is wonderful and very helpful. And he's quite a good chef for morning breakfast. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. We sat outside our room in the evening with our tablets and watched all the cars go by on Washington St. I give an A+ to the staff and Harry for their great hosting. We will be back. Take care for now, Kevin & Debbie."
