"I had to sweep out long red hair from the bathroom floor ( I am blonde and my partner has short hair) , there were cigarette butts on the balcony, it took us ages to get to sleep because of residents banging doors , then the couple next door were arguing for a couple of hours that woke us up throughout ..."

I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that ..."
