I rejected occupancy because of the holes in the wood flooring observed upon arrival. I stayed 0 nights in the apt. I pd. upfront in May 2025 for this Oct. 2025 reservation.Host would not provide a full refund-offering 50 only. VRBO was not helpful in issuing a refund to me.I have no idea what you are referring to when you mention a wine vineyard. I was NOT offered this activity.

Robert's space was cozy and clean. Location near downtown Stevens Point made walking there and to the Wisconsin River quite easy. Communication with Robert made my stay always timely.

What a cutie apartment! Well stocked and close to everything! Robert was spot on with answering questions and immediately took care of a small issue I had. The ONLY thing I would say is that there was more traffic noise than expected but not enough to affect my sleep. I will definitely stay there again when I’m home

Pleasant

This was a perfect place for us. Perfect for walking to campus and downtown. Went for a long walk by river. Place was very clean and nice. Would return if we ever need to stay in area again. Highly recommend!!

Weekend getaway

This Property was perfect for our weekend of celebrating my husbands 60th birthday! I was in a convenient location to all the things we did. Robert was easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean the minute we opened the door. We would definitely stay here again!

No apps for me

Cute, comfortable place with anything you may need. Busy road, but close to great things! I ONLY gave 4 stars for check in and communication because I don't have a VRBO app. Customer service had the owner contact me. Everything went well, but it did make me nervous that I may not be able to get ahold of someone if I needed to. That's just me and my minimum electronic world :)
