“Very clean! The breakfast has selection which was nice. My room was clean, the staff was good. The location is great! Suggestion: I didn’t like that they put the scrambled eggs in a split container with the pork. As a Muslim I can’t eat that because of the steam, usually it’s in a container alone. Also I don’t like the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower, I like having my own and not what other people use.”

“Hot tub jets were barely running, the hotel ad shows it is pet friendly, but hidden is the $75 +HST fee and disclaimer policy for the pet. Parking is free, room was clean, with kitchenette available, breakfast was decent. Other ads for hotels in the area on Expedia show up front there is a pet fee on top of the cost for the hotel, so we're surprised when we arrived why this wasn't disclosed like the others.”

“This was the worst cottage experience we had. Upon arrival we noticed a blood stain on the mattress and pillow and messaged the owner but he couldn’t do anything until the next day so we slept on the couch. Next day we only got a mattress cover arnd 5 pm instead of he changing the mattress and pillow for us. So didn’t even use the pillow. Next day after while eating breakfast we heard a continuous gurgling sound from the bathroom. When I went to inspect it. The sewage was backing up from toilet……

“Lovely stay at a lovely property. Beds were comfy with glorious linens, in rooms on the smaller side. Stairs are curved and fairly steep so not great for anyone with stair issues. Spectacular views and gorgeous sitting areas in a unique rustic setting. Host went above and beyond to accomodate us. Kitchen was adequately stocked for basic meal prep. Would definitely recommend this place to others.”
