“The hotel location was excellent. It was clean and updated. Check in and out was simple. Staff on the other hand was terrible. Young girl (Maddie) with a major attitude. Didn’t want to help. Was rude and very abrupt. Had iPods in her ears the whole time and clearly did not want to engage at all. ”

“Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. ”

“Excellent. Love the extra counter outside the bathroom, spaciousness of rooms, lounge, business center and well-stocked pantry with healthy real food options.”

“TV remote didn't work, front desk helped. TV system doesn't seem user friendly. Clock wasn't working. We couldn't get hot water for our showers, so we didn't shower. Front desk checked and said there was hot water, but neither of us could get hot water, not even warm water, even though we ran the water for a few minutes.”

“The aventurine covering the building was magical!! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. The TV, however, is horrible. Only news stations. So it's best to bring a tablet or something. The continental breakfast was just perfect with the selection they had too!! I definitely would stay here again!!”

“Room clean but dated. Parking is a major concern. During our stay parking extremely limited all large vechiles (trucks) had to park at side of building Friday night a truck was broken into window smashed only 2 away from us. We were scared to leave our truck overnight. Ample car parking in parking garage but trucks too big. Out door parking in front is not regulated to larger vechiles that don’t fit in parking garage. Property is located in downtown with large unhoused population ”
