“We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The first thing we noticed was the horrible odor in both the hallways and our room. The smell was overwhelming and made the stay very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was booked for two people, yet we were given only one washcloth and one hand towel. After cleaning, they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them, leaving us with only one bath towel. When we requested more, it took over an hour. The toilet would not flush……

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. “Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. “The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!”
