“I was relocated to this hotel because I was having issues with the pool amenities at the hotel I originally booked. Glad I was relocated here, the Expedia member called them prior to confirm no pool issues . Our suite was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. “I would not recommend this host. I booked one property, but they gave me a completely different property than the one I reserved. When I questioned it, they kept making excuses and insisting it was the same property, even though it clearly was not. The replacement place was also very disappointing: it was not clean, had a bad smell, and felt like an underground/basement unit. This was not what I paid for or expected based on the listing.
