“Nice cozy place in Oakland area , the only downside is the parking but once you get used to drive and park in Guatemala it’s easy in front of property or in the street , other than that very safe and nice neighborhood shopping mall Oakland place very close and convenient from shops to lots of restaurants caffès and pastries , also from hotel you can order food or anything and they will bring it to your room door , also for 20 quetzales around $2.50 you get a tank of water probably around 5……

“This was a great place to stay with our 3 adult children, son in law and 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and yet be together in the common area. Our Grandchildren (toddler and 4 year old) had plenty of room to be free, run around and play. The location is amazing! There are two small stores right next store for easy access to supplies.
