“House is in a great location on and off the water. Easy to get to from 75. Great spot on Norris Lake. Fairly quiet finger off the lake. Close to a marina. House is clean. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Great parking. Nice fire pit and deck that you can kind of see the lake from. Walk DOWN to the lake is almost unmanageable. More than one VERY steep slope covered in gravel that slides along with you. Lots of steps once you get to the bottom of the slopes. Great dock that we were able to put a……

“We loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse near Windrock. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is another review that says it is like Harry Potter's tent inside, much bigger than it looks and this is so true! I could not believe the space inside. Much more than we expected. We communicated with the homeowner and he promptly answered all of our questions. If we are ever in the area again I would gladly stay here.”

“Wonderful cabin! Very comfortable and fully stocked with anything you might need. Cabin was very clean. Convenient location to hiking trails and to town. Wonderful dark skies, beautiful view of the Milky Way. Had a couple of deer visit in the yard, a doe and her fawn. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to hang out this is a great choice. ”

“We had 8 adults and 5 kids - under the age of 10, and the house was very nice for us. The dock was perfect , as it was covered and nice furniture , to which we could relax on dock after our boat rides with kids. There r some steps, but it was a nice exercise , but not too much. The owner was very nice and answered all of our questions. ”

“It was a beautiful lake house, well equipped kitchen, Perfect location, right smack up in the middle of twin Cove Marina and Mountain Lake Marina. There were a couple things that went wonky and I reached out to the property manager and they were there within an hour. Great communication. I would definitely definitely stay here again.”
