"Very relaxing stay at the studio, even after arriving on the heels of a hurricane. The studio is tastefully decorated, has beautiful artwork and higher end kitchenware. The outdoor space is private with a relaxing atmosphere. Debbie, our host, is sweet, thoughtful and generous. She helped us out a great deal with the ferries and was willing to adjust our dates if we couldn’t make it there as scheduled because the island was still under evacuation from the hurricane the day before we were set to arrive. There is a lot to do within walking distance and the island has a free tram service. We enjoyed the studio so much and we are already planning a return trip. You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again Debbie."

"Host was quick to respond to my user error in working the air conditioning units. The house was spotless. My son left his retainer and they contacted us and are mailing them to us. We will stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that the rain runs off the roof right on to the pathway into the house. Only a slight inconvenience."

"My wife and I needed a couple of extra nights on Ocracoke and came upon this cottage. Though small, the property included all the amenities two people need, so long as one is not a gourmet chef. Unlike other much more expensive places we have rented on Ocracoke, the Internet was excellent. The ambience of the place was terrific. The value proposition offered here is incommensurate when compared to the hotel rooms which we found to be approximately the same price. The attention we received from the owners when we had questions was excellent, too. Really, couldn't say enough good things about our stay."
