"This cottage was the perfect size for our family of three. My daughter enjoyed having her own bathroom. Both the beds have super comfortable memory foam mattresses so we barely missed ours from home! The entire home was spotless clean and very well appointed. "

"The staff was very friendly, but our room was average. The floor was filthy and left my feet black. I had to wash them before getting into bed. The bed was on a metal frame which made a loud noise when we got into and out of it. Ok for one nights stay in the area as we were passing through. "

"Wonderful stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans (one thing I would suggest is a new can opener the one there does not work well). Beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodating (we locked the keys in the house and she responded to us right away). Would stay there again. Went to pocosin nature preserve to photograph the tundra swans. Drove to pea island for more photography. Excellent trip."
