“The first stay was fine, but the second one was disappointing. There were no towels in the room, and it wasn't well set up. When we tried to use the hair dryer after showering, it exploded with sparks, and the power went out. We went to the reception for assistance; they helped restore the lights but didn’t have a spare hair dryer to lend us. We ended up going to bed with wet hair.”

“Pros: the room is super clean and tidy, equipped with all essentials, location is great, easier to access (although the front door keypad doesn't always work at the first attempt). Cons: ventilation is a problem. Firstly it was HOT in the room during my stay, the city was 28 degrees outside and the window was out of order (or maybe it is blocked delibrately), so there was little to no air flow in the room, I had to use my shoe to keep the door open to get some fresh air.
