"Very close to Universal so when we got tried of waiting for the shuttle, we just walked. Rooms are most likely soundproof because we didn't hear anything- including our elementary age kids walking in the room. "

"I love this hotel! The people who work there are so friendly and helpful and happy. The gym is great! There’s also a pool. Love the events that they have in the bar on different nights: salsa dancing, cabaret shows, jazz night. The food is good! I wish the restaurant was open during lunch hours and I wish the coffee were cheaper, but overall I love this hotel. It’s right across the street from the Beverly Center Mall. Oh also, the beds are so comfortable that I am going to buy the featherbed and maybe also the sheets and mattress on their online store!! Love how they have that. "

"Vedi provided great customer service and took care of my family during our stay. Its the only reason im giving my stay overall rating 5 stars. Vedi has great customer service skill and truly listens to his customer needs. He never seems bothered when or overwhelmed whenever he is assisting his customers. On the other hand Michael who attends customers at night seems to get overwhelmed when he has a lobby full of customers. The place is vintages and the outside property especially the back area parking lot is filthy. The beds are very comfortable for a great nights sleep. The bathroom at least ours needed work. The toilets baseboards were cracked and old. The bathroom vent fan didn't work therefore if used the bathroom good luck. Also, the water pressure on the shower was extremely low pressured and it took forever to shower. My room had small insect flies here and there. If your looks to save money on a stay this place is great!!"
