"We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever "

"The stay was a last minute decision. The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. We had to purchase towels but was reimbursed by the owner. The internet wasn’t working well and he did his best to get it on but it was extremely slow. He was unsure if the cleaners had washed the sheets so we ended up washing all the linen before we laid down. We wish the circumstances were different but that was our reality."

"The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing. The house was in poor shape and the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. It was clean though. One night I heard gun shots, the next night there was a fight at 2...
