“Staff was great ”

“We arrived at 9pm and left by 8 the next morning - so I can't speak to the vibe in Albany. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. ”

“We were initially assigned room 211 The room is totally unsatisfactory couch had no cover on the pillows and was filthy the tv in the living room is missing the bathroom is not clean toilet and tub unsanitary. The front desk person Adrienne has been amazing in trying to rectify the problems if we stay it will be because of her she has been helping since arriving but this room is not acceptable. We were moved to room 311 again filthy couch stained bathroom unsanitary and the floor was caving in.……

“Check in was smooth and quick, and the room was clean and up to date. The parking lot and building were well lit, and even having seen others go in the rooms next to me, I never heard anyone else. If I'm being really picky, the room I was in had a walk in shower and not a bath tub—everything else was perfect.”
