“From the moment we were picked up from the train station by Louie we were made to feel very welcome all the staff friendly and amazing, I had my birthday weekend and we loved it ! “The room was big and spacious, with a nice, large bathroom. The room itself was fairly clean but still showed areas where care was lacking. The spa costs are crazy: £120 to use the pool for 2 days!! The overall feel is tied, and it felt like all they wanted was to get more money out of you. I understand that extras cost more, but they are above Four Seasons prices, and the extras are nothing special. Feel very disappointed, as friends stayed in other hotels in the area and they were very good.”
