“The room was in good condition. And the location isn’t too bad. But the staff was kind of aloof. Also the hotel as a whole makes good use of the “angles” online. It doesn’t look nearly as good in person especially the room. Also the rooms have no fridge or anything to heat up food. You can stay at better hotels in Manila for the price you pay here.”

“在达沃，住过的几乎所有的酒店，服务人员都很诚实、善良。 但是这家酒店的服务人员除外。 我指的是餐厅那个男服务员。 作为直接这家酒店的住客，我们在餐厅吃饭，结账时他竟然额外加收了我们百分之三十的服务费！ 事先不加以说明，结帐时也没有说明， 当我们发现多收费用的时候，他才说这是加收的费用。 感觉这部分是费用是他个人私自收取的！ As guests of this hotel, when we were eating in the restaurant, the waiter actually charged us 30% extra! The cost of the meal was only six hundred. He charged us more than nine hundred! Nothing in the restaurant indicated that there would be a service charge, nor did he warn us before we ate. “Clean en suite bedrooms, cozy, and we had restful night. Electrical outlet not working so unable to use the electrical kettle to boil drinking water. Outlets are only for 2-prong cords. Be sure to bring your own adapter for 3-prong cords because the property does not have to lend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just alright. It will be great if they have American breakfast where bacon and sausage are options. It is walking distance to S&R, to the new NCCC, and to Philippine……
