"My friend and I stayed overnight at Nailcote Hall Hotel as we were attending our Christmas party there, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
Check-in was quick and easy, with a very friendly and welcoming lady on the reception desk. Our room was spacious, clean, and well presented, with a good-sized modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were provided with a nice selection, along with two cans of water, which was a thoughtful touch.
The room was well equipped, with two hairdryers, an iron, and a trouser press. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were good, and we both had a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast the next morning was also very enjoyable, offering plenty of choice for both continental and full English options. Tea or coffee was brought to our table, which was a nice service touch.
We managed to get a great Black Friday deal and paid just under £45 each, which we felt was excellent value for money. However, I don’t think we would have stayed at the normal full-price rate.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially at a discounted price."
