“Booked 2 rooms, one room the shower is not draining properly. Breakfast is very basic. Second room no curtains, my sister requested to put one but they said they don’t have it.. our last day we requested to have 7:30 breakfast as we have to travel and the lady said no. So we ended up no breakfast and left the hotel. Mind you the breakfast starts from 7-9 but we couldn’t have it 7:30 so doesn’t make sense.. ”

“Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In der Küche war Geschirrspülmittel, Pods für die Spülmaschine, 2 Kaffeemaschinen (1 für normalen Filterkaffee, 1 für Kapseln, welche auch ein paar vorhanden waren), Gewürze fürs Kochen, ebenso gab es Essig und Öl. Zusätzlich gab es noch 2 riesengroße Raclette-Geräte, damit hätte man locker mit 20 Personen Raclette machen können. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten……

“We were looking for a place near Colmar for our family of 4 with 2BR, a living space and a kitchen and we got everything we were hoping for. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, it includes 2 parking spaces if you need it and although we had a few hiccups when we arrived late on check in day the owners were very kind and helped us sort everything we didn’t figure out ourselves the following day. “Tout a été très agréable et fonctionnel. j'ai eu du mal à démarrer le feu puis à le maintenir alluméle, bois stocké dans l'entrée est humide, et peut-être me manque -t-il une technique pour gérer la circulation de l'air. Heureusement ce n'était pas nécessaire vu le beau temps que nous avons eu. Sinon rien à redire pour le reste, indications claires, parking sans souci, aménagement fonctionnel, à 3min de la station de ski. Je recommande vivement le chalet de la Maze. Cordialement Vivien”
