“This place is spectacular! Being in the senior crowd, I admit we are technologically challenged but our host was so gracious in his response to our distress text and we figured it out! The recommendations for the MoCo was spot on and we enjoyed a delightful evening of live music and great food and drinks. The space was warm, inviting, clean and comfortable. ”

“Our stay in government camp was great at this cabin! Very close to mount hood hikes and activities as well as only an hourish drive from portland! Blane was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was well kept and perfect for the 2 of us staying. The bed was exceptionally comfy. Also, the surrounding town is very cute with several options of places to eat and a general store that had everything you could need!”

“Relaxing and close to the bike trails of post canyon. Close to town yet out and away from it all. Loved every minute. ”

“Had a great week long stay with our two children for a week of skiing. Plenty of (clean) space for all of your gear and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Loved the location in Govy and the clear view of Mt. Hood just steps out your door. Cozy wood stove and leather furniture. Cabin was charming and we would definitely stay again!”

“Genoten! Fijn huis. Moie en hele grote tuin met eekhoorns. Mooie omgeving. ”

“Such a quiet wonderful getaway, and a birdwatcher's treat. We saw a family of quail, plus ospreys, kestrels, and meadowlarks during our stay. It was so peaceful and quiet, and the host was quick to respond to questions we messaged about activities in the area. The Goldendale Observatory is close by and offers a wealth of knowledge at their evening shows. Plus Cottonwood Canyon State park in only an hour away and is a beautiful hike.”

“We’ve stayed here before and love this little cabin! It’s so convenient to shops in government camp and a cozy place to come back to after skiing. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in Government Camp coupled with subzero temperatures so we had to cut our stay short, but we look forward to returning next year.”
