“Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK……

“No front desk staff on site. Phone front desk was quick to pick up and help. Biggest issue was the significant ant problem in the unit. Hotel was already aware of this issue. I brought it up with front desk who said manager would call us back. Received no call, apology, remedy.”
