“I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also.”

“This home in the villages is very lovely. It was very spacious for 4 adults. Very easy to get in and out of in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were roofers working on a house close by but the noise was low. Her home is very soundproof.The Sumter Landing area is very popular for restaurants, shops and entertainment. And everything is within minutes. We stayed 2 nights and found plenty to do. The other residents and visitors are very friendly. Our host Tammy was also friendly and respectful....

“Upon our arrival, we walked in and watched the cockroaches scatter. None of the vertical blinds worked. The exit door on the lanai was broken with the mechanism hanging. Hole in master bath wall where the towel bar used to be, shower light burned out. Rusty and rotten outdoor furniture. My husband FELL right thru TWO of the chairs. Rusty kitchen utensils. Sheets won’t stay on mattress. Trash and weeds around outside of house. Minimal cleaning products - dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish...

“We decided to check out The Villages since our kids will be off to college in few years. The villa is newer or updated and very clean. The size and layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The neighborhood is nice and a short golf cart ride to Sumpter Square for dinner, Starbucks, music, groceries and light shopping (few boutiques and gift shops). We really enjoyed the size and location of this property. The property could use pool towels; small cooler that’s not on golf cart;...

“Overall A nice place to stay for a short visit but honestly would probably not stay again if there were other options. Great location centrally located and nice to have golf cart. It definitely needs some updating - New linens, pillows and towels (washcloths particularly) and a good set of frying pans would be great. A big issue for us was the Small bed in the master bedroom. The bed sits very high and is really hard and I think it’s a double. Don’t know if that was in the listing but should...

“Two families (4 adults and two teenagers.) Property was very clean had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, The golf cart was fun to drive and ride. The furnishings were comfortable. (only thing lacking is we had to provide our own laundry detergent and trash bags.) We noted that there was only one oven rack instead of two--told the property manager after our stay, but this didn't inconvenience us) Awesome house rental!!.”

“Upon arrival, toilets were both black throughout causing a bad odor. House was very dusty and floors needed swept. I swept the floor and cleaned the toilets. Also, both wall clocks had dead batteries, thermostat needs a service check - we set it on 70 and the temperature soared up to 78 degrees many nights. Kitchen scissors are broken and there is no pizza cutter and no cake/roasting pan. Location was great! Maryann”
