"This is a really fun place to stay-in the woods and on the water. There is a large screened in porch with comfy chairs to sit and read. Our room was large with wonderful beds and luxuriously thick towels. Theresa is warm and friendly who took careful. note of my dietary.issues and served a fabulous breakfast!"

The house was Perfect, it was very clean and had eveything I needed. t is conveniently location to shopping, and near Spanish Springs Town Square, and the many different rec centers. It was extremely easy to get around. My only regret, is not staying longer. Do not hesitate to book! "

Housekeeping did not empty the garbage; had no toilet paper; ran out of Kleenex in second day of our stay; did not remove dirty towels until I asked someone in the hallway to remove 2-day old towels; they only replaced towels once in five days. We went to front desk most nights for clean towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping failed. Front desk managers, especially Tim, were wonderful and helpful. "
