Since the first minute I stopped to the office to check in, I was not welcomed. The receptionist right away without saying Hello, or good morning.. she just asked if I had a reservation. Than she asked me what my name was and after that she asked me (literally), “Do you have your passport?” Which I answered “No” but I have My Military ID, i gave it to her, after that she goes “what is this”? Does this have the Passports Number? I need it to check you in. I said what? “That doesn’t make sense”, and she said yes, so I-showed her my Passport and she said, where are you coming from? Ah you coming from Mex, I said yes, burned there but American l Citizens now. That’s an American passport. Than I showed her my DL and she said “ah this is much better”. The first room we got had no access due to construction. The second room was not clean at all; the sheets had stains. There was spiders in the closet. My husband didn’t tell me until we checked out because he knew I’d freak out. The room had a weird dusty smell. There was roaches in the restroom we didn’t see til the morning of checkout. The shower wasn’t working. The bed was unmade, and there were wet towels on the floor inside and outside the bathroom leaving a musty odor.
