Overall great place to stay for a few days to ring in the new year.
This place was just what we needed in terms of rooms to stay - the house was big enough for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen didn’t have everything we needed however, there are stores close enough to accommodate whatever we needed. The home is in relatively good shape - certainly lived in but nice features. The appliances in the kitchen were clutch when the oven was full. Overall, great stay!

1. The booking for the swimming pool was a mess. We find crockroach in the kitchen and living room. They don’t have washing and dryer machine access. The barbecue is to dirty and old it have to be remplace. The bear nocked down the garbage and mess around in the from at the house.

Just right for a last minute getaway
We decided to getaway with friends and family for Thanksgiving and decided on this listing which looked to give our group enough bedrooms and kitchen and living room space to hang out. The communication prior, during and after was excellent with the owner checking in regularly to make sure everything was in order. While at the property we dealt with the property manager. Although he was under the weather, he was very responsive on the phone. The house overall was clean but there were some areas in the bathroom and kitchen that were missed. As we were visiting for Thanksgiving weekend, naturally there was going to be a lot of cooking going on. The owner did reach out and said they'd accommodate as best as possible but we found the kitchen inadequately stocked for even a regular visit (not enough pots, pans, trays, cutting board, etc.). I'd recommend replacing the K-Cup single serve machine with a regular coffee maker, especially for hosting large groups. There was an issue with the fireplace which took a while to get the pilot going, with some help from the property manager. But afterwards, the unit just wouldn't light fully and unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it during our stay. The heating system worked well but needed to be regularly adjusted for us to stay warm on the main level but then lowered at night as it got very hot while we were asleep. Overall though, we had a nice, fun stay at this property and even got to see deers walking by daily in front of the house which the kids loved.

Beautiful Place for Stay
The communication with the owner, and the Check-In/Check-Out process was a breeze. The house is very spacious and has enough room for a large group. Everyone had a relaxed time. The surrounding was quite peaceful. Wonderful stay overall.

A lot of items were broken in the home. Only 1 TV. Sheets were dirty, no blankets on beds. Couch old
Horrible experience. Filthy sofa and no proper comforter sets on beds. Banisters on stairs were broken. There was only one television in the living room. Very old outdated house. Tub knob was broken off and covered with duck tape. Not a good experience at all.

Nice getaway
I really enjoyed the property although there were minor nuisances. The shower curtains in the master bedroom could be changed because they were not very clean. The garbages outside were basically full upon our arrival although once we reached out to the property manager the issue was resolved. I really appreciated the fact that there was enough space, seating and games for myself and my guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious home
The house is nice, very spacious, quiet neighborhood/gated community. The owner was very helpful and text back very fast. The reason I gave the house 4 stars is because the bathrooms shower curtains needs to be changed, but over all it's a nice place. If you're having a big group outting this is a good house to rent.

MLK weekend getaway
We rented this property for our annual MLK weekend family getaway. The property was able to comfortably accommodate three families. The property was clean, well maintained and served our needs. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. During our stay, we had an issue with a breaker needing to be reset, the owner promptly contacted the appropriate person to come and help us. Within minutes the issue was resolved. One minor issue that we would like to mention is that the kitchen did not have certain items that we had anticipated given our previous rental experiences (i.e. mixing bowls, baking sheets, and dish towels). We were able to resolve this with a quick trip to the closest Walmart - so it was not a big deal. Overall, we had a memorable weekend and would recommend this property!!

A spacious beautiful home with a cozy feeling
Overall this house was really great; it felt spacious but also intimate and cozy at the same time. The fireplace was definitely a spot we loved, as we spent most of the time in the house gathered around here. The house was very clean from the moment we walked in, and I liked the modern but minimal look to it. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom was nice to use after a long day of snow tubing. Camelback mountain was only about 40 minutes away, and a good amount of restaurants and shops were maybe 15 minutes from the house, which was super convenient. The only 2 small things I will say was that the hot water seemed to run out fairly quickly if we were all showering at the same time, and that the heat wasn't allowed to be turned up past 65. Besides that, we all had a great time and enjoyed this house very much. I would for sure stay here again given the chance.
