Very clean, staff was great, hospitality was phenomenal. They were very patient with our little Japanese and were always eager to help. Very convenient as well next to a train station and stores. Would definitely return here!

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything was as described on website. They also managed to communicate with us throughout technology and this was very important in breaking the language barriers. This was very appreciated. We even received a package of chocolate as gift from them. We really enjoyed the place as other places where we stayed in the country could not match this specific place.

This property is on the perfect spot for travelers. They have everything . We were a party of 7 and we are all confortable and happy with our stay here. The manager Sugimori and her husband were very nice and accomodating . I think they own the place . They always made sure we were okay and we knows where to go and what train station to stop for our excursions not to mention the place is literally one minute walk to the train station. If I have to go back to Tokyo, I will definitely book /stay in this place again. I told all my friends that are planning to go to Tokyo to check this Ryokan. Love it!

アットホームな感じで、とても良かったです。 部屋は広すぎるぐらい広くて、プライバシーも守られる部屋割りでした、。 防音面がもう少し良ければ、嬉しかったですが、疲労困憊ですぐに寝てしまえば何も問題ありませんでした。
