Front doors were unlocked, no key card for elevator, did not feel safe. ##### Daniel Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### TOSHIKI Feb 18, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities 室内は値段相応だったが、丁寧な電話対応をしていただけました。また利用させていただきます。 ##### TOSHIKI Stayed 1 night in Feb 2026 ### 4/10 Poor #### Eiichi Dec 22, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 五反田駅からそこまで遠くは無かったけど、道のりに夜系のお店が並ぶ通りがあって、キャッチがタバコを吸うわ通行をスムーズに動くのに邪魔だわでちょっと嫌。 基本お勧めしない。 理由は ① チェックイン時にタブレットでチェックインをするが、その画面に部屋の電子解錠番号が表示されるが、後ろに他のきゃくが居ても見える様にそれを提示する。 余りにもセキュリティ面で不安。 ② エレベーターのボタンが反応し難い。 少なくとも軽く押した程度では効かない。 ③ 部屋のユニットバスが余りにも狭過ぎる。 贅沢を言うつもりは無いけど、風呂トイレが一緒だとしても1〜1.5畳に詰め込み過ぎ。 その所為で碌に風呂に入れずシャワーが限界。 体を拭くのも一苦労。 ④ お湯を適度な温度にする水の混合調整が異常に難しい。 何で角度幅１度程度しか余裕が無いんだよ。 かなり熱いお湯かめっちゃ温いしか無いんか？と思う位。 ⑤ これはエクスペディア経由で来たメールだが、メールの題名にはホテルからのメールを記載で届いたメールが非常に不愉快だった。 今回は２連泊で取ったが、２泊目の夕方、ホテルへ戻る途中に届いたメールが11：00にはチェックアウトしないと追加料金払えという旨の物が届いた。 ホテルは送ってないと言ってるがホテルかエクスペディアが送ったのかは分からんが、連泊という事を分かってないのか？という文面で、非常に不愉快だった。 急遽だったので仕方無い部分もあるが、やはり安かろうは悪かろうに繋がり易いね。 他の所か快活クラブの様なネカフェの方が下手したら良かったかもしれん。 ##### Eiichi Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### NAOKI Dec 12, 2025 ビジネスステイに可もなく不可もなくでした。 ##### NAOKI Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Dennis Dec 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities Super.
