“Clean rooms and facilities and a comfortable bed. No real complaints.”

“Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay) Activities for children with water slides fed and lovely pool for everyone. Clean bbq to use for free. Laundry facilities $6 per load. Need washing powder. ”

“Great location but this hotel feels quite dated and needs some maintenance. There is a mouldy smell in the always and the bathroom ceiling looks like it has mould. The room we stayed in needs a new fridge, there were no door racks so we couldn't use it. The apartment next to ours was having work done and it was super noisy, not the relaxing stay we were looking for. There are not enough car parks for the hotel and we had to park on the street.”

“Yes,everything was good,especially the new renovation they did.it was simple but efficient,been there before and this time im back again.place looks amazing!”

“Room tidy, but very small. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and pubs. Good parking if you have a car. Staff were amazing. Especially the manager. Our bathroom probably needed a deep clean. We had shower moths buzzing around which was a bit yucky. Also a few marks in the grout maybe. I’ve attached pictures. Housekeeping comes quite late, our room wasn’t done at 3:30pm. They did knock on our door to see if we needed anything though. ”
