The unit comes with 2 seperate rooms with a lock and key for each room. Parking was a bit cramped (3 across on a 2 car driveway) and at times we squeezed 4\. I am picky, so take that in consideration as you read the rest of the review. Basement unit is very nice in spots, and less so in others . Bathroom has been completely renovated and is gorgeous shape. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn't very hot. I was cold showering when using full hot water. Bedroom is ok. Some of the furnishings are clearly scratched and weathered, but all functional. Bed was comfy. Living area is okay as well. Tv doesn't have a remote but after downloading a fire tv remote app for my phone, I got there. Kitchen area need a bit of an update. Rough in spots. Kettle hadn't been cleaned for some time. I left the unit early as the dogs upstairs barked for at least 45 minutes straight when I got back in the evening. Amar was very quick to help us get into the property and Amar’s parents were extremely kind and welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality and generosity is unlike anything we have ever received with other stays and will never be forgotten.
