The stay was a 10/10. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing and the rooms were so so clean. There was plenty of parking and the environment felt very safe. I would just upgrade the bath towels to a bigger size haha (They were a little small). :)

We called the receptionist and asked them about cleaning the room. They told us that someone will be there to clean the room. We came back around 10:30PM, found the room was not cleaned. We’re disappointed with that. The Breakfast was great, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

the hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful! however, after we used the pool, my skin all around my body has broken out in a bunch of small itchy spots. not sure if it’s due to a high concentration of chlorine in the water or something else, but once i noticed it, we decided not to go back to the pool. other than that, the stay was good!

The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The breakfast is ok. Bacon and sausage would be nice to have as an option versus only ham slices. Also whole milk versus 2% skim milk would be nice. My son is not picky but plenty of kids are picky with milk choice.

Hotel was beautiful Me and two of my kids loved it. Rooms were very spacious. Everything was very clean. Only thing we thought you were missing was a few lawn chairs outside to sit out in suntan. 😂

Fantastic gem of a hotel! Modern, clean, cleanliness and the staff were top notch. Stayed 3 nights on a weekend that was arguably one of the busiest weekends for large scale concerts, events, etc happening in the Greater Toronto area. Our room was impeccable, newly updated, quiet and the cleanliness 5 stars. We're pretty fastidious, so cleanliness was a key consideration when we were researching hotels. The hotel was pretty much sold out this weekend but you couldn't tell given how quiet and peaceful it was. Bonus points for safe, easily accessible, free parking, Tim Horton's right by the front door, Starbucks right across the street, quick easy access to the 407 and the 427. Can't beat the value!

This was a great option for a quick visit. The location isn’t great- nowhere to shop or enjoy dining except a sports bar across the street. The breakfast is standard buffet style. Rooms were very clean and staff helpful.
