"A great place to stay in Cervinia. Well furnished and spacious for a 2 bed apartment on the slopes. Slope access superb. Great individual boot room with boot warmers. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals.Would love to stay again. Only improvement I could think of is wifi so could make more of the huge TV in the lounge. Daniele who deals. With the keys etc was super friendly. "

"I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary!
Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help.
A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day !

"The location is exactly as described. With that said we had many plus and minuses about the property. The description of luxury gave us a different impression than reality. The pictures give make the apartment look fabulous. The apartment served our family and friends well. Very close to town and had it been winter the ski in and out feature would have been more assable. Spring skiing made skiing in and out difficult and we ended up driving to the gondola everyday, (walking down and up the hill"

Pros:
- Ski-in, ski-out
- Great, friendly staff
Cons:
- Old, run-down hotel
- Poor quality food in the restaurant
- Flies in the bedroom
- Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth
- Had no hot water for showers through-out stay
- Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door
- No kettle, iron or safe
- Lift was often broken"
