“Needed some quiet time away. Nice and quiet hotel with great little touches like soaking tubs and super comfortable beds and pillows. Nothing super fancy and clearly a little dated but the environment screams comfort and old money. “The house is more spacious than you think. We were there when it was really hot. The window air conditioners worked well to keep us cool. If you’re used to central air, these units are a little loud if you need them on overnight. The basement bedroom was comfortable and cool. The upstairs bathroom is new and full of light.
