“The staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. “Room was nice, tiny pillows! Room is to look after 4 people with only one hook for towels, petty I know. Water pressure for the shower was poor and the bathroom faucet was sloppy. Maid service was poor at best, had to request towel and bed service twice over the week and bed service was only was done once. Breakfast? Trash, pool? cloudy, ice machines? only one worked on the property, Room a/c? No way to turn off the fan so noisey all night. The staff overall were great, friendly and courteous.”

“Good place to stay, good bed, clean room, hot water. The breakfast was a problem. I watched the server scrape the bottom of the serving pans to loosen up the eggs cooked/stuck to the bottom. So the scrambled eggs had chunks of dried over cooked bits in them. I grabbed what I thought was a small blueberry muffin only to discover they were chocolate bits, not blueberries. The hotel is being remodeled so it is getting new rooms. Let's hope it gets a new food service.”
