“The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. ”

“Did not think the room was adequately clean. The room had an off putting dirty smell upon entering. The entire property just did not seem cared for ,carpet was dirty, bed linens were not fresh. Reserved an accessible room that did not have a walk in shower. The staff was excellent...the person at the desk was trying to find a walk in shower and was empathetic as she tried to help. As we were leaving early for a surgery appointment, the woman on that shift offered to make us fresh coffee and……

“you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. ”

“Our room was a complete disaster. Very dirty and lamps were broken. Bedding hadn't been changed just straightened up. Now I've gotta file a claim to get my money back. Very frustrating experience!!!”
