Hello,
Welcome to Tucson and our desert oasis. We hope you find it as relaxing and rejuvenating as we do. Our home has recently been completely remodeled and appointed with very neutral tones. Our location in this historic POETS SQUARE neighborhood makes us very handy to
downtown and U of A.
The property offers 3 bedrooms and one and a half baths. A well appointed kitchen is brand new and equipped with most everything you might need.
There is a king bed room, a queen bed room and a day bed in the third bedroom.,
Enjoy our back yard spaces for dining and relaxation. Laundry is available in the screen porch
attached to,garage. The neighborhood has great dining and shopping options VERY close by.
A dining list is provided with our check in instructions.
Just a reminder POETS SQUARE DESERT OASIS is a pet free property. NO PETS AT ANY TIME.
Our yard is not child friendly so please supervise children very closely.

Great little house!

We loved our stay in this cute little house. It was cozy and felt like home with all of the conveniences you are used to. It was close to the bike paths which we used every day and shopping. We ate in for two of our nights which was easy to do with Whole Foods near by. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place, convenient location

Jim's place is very well appointed and updated from top to bottom. It's on a quiet street but very convenient to main roads. It's 8-10 minutes to Univ. of Arizona which we appreciated.

Comfortable Remodeled House

The house was very nicely remodeled in a modern style and nicely decorated. Furniture and beds comfortable. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. The patio in the backyard was a lovely place to sit out for meals. Location was ok but generally convenient to the places we were going.

Outstanding Property!!

This is a fantastic home and location. Beautifully restored and has everything you need. We've stayed at many HomeAway/VRBO locations and this was by far one of the best we've stayed in. Jim was the most attentive host we've encountered as well and was quick to respond and follow up to our questions and inquiries. We loved our stay in Tucson and will definitely come back to this wonderful location in the future!!

Wonderful host, wonderful property

My husband, newborn, and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks. Not only was it very clean, well appointed, and comfortable, but the host, James, was excellent. We had a last minute need to extend our reservation for a few days and James was easy to reach, replied quickly, and was beyond accommodating. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Tucson. Poets Square is a safe and friendly neighborhood that is close to restaurants and shops and only minutes from downtown Tucson. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you!

Immaculate, comfortable home

Spotless home that looks exactly as pictured on VRBO. Excellent communication with host. Comfortable beds and furniture. Had everything we needed and more. Only downsides were low-ish water pressure in shower, and the neighbor's motion detector light that came on repeatedly throughout the night. (Light directed at our bedroom windows.) Neither of those things would deter us from staying here again, however. We absolutely loved everything else about this property. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful little home. The interior is updated, comfortable and tastefully furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard is wonderful! The house is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The owners were great!

Jim was prompt & thorough regarding home details. The home was tidy and had a cozy back yard with fun lighting. Perfect for cribbage and enjoying a beverage. The location is close to Reid Park/Reffkin Tennis Center, the U of A and many good restaurants. Would stay here again.

A perfect little house in a safe & great location

A lovely spot

This 2 bedroom home is beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It has a nice layout, and we particularly loved the beautifullly landscaped backyard and the large and functional ramada. The laundry and dryer are conveniently located in the back yard. We spent several weeks there and we both felt right at home.
