“Everything was perfect I enjoyed my stay”

“the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)”

“The property was nice and my stay was was good until check out when I realized there was a camera in my room.”

“The property is very clean smell so good. The staff are ok, could be better especially during breakfast. The staff take long to take orders and sometimes get a bit confused. I think they need training and the supervisor needs to assist when there is a crowd. Secondly the room is beautiful cleaned but missing a drinking glasses. I would recommend you add glasses to the rooms because not everyone likes to drink from the water bottle.”

“The hotel charged my card for damages done to a microwave and bathroom wall without producing any evidence that I did the damage. Requested pics with date stamp of damaged equipment and glass prior to the beginning of my stay and the hotel did not provide. They have however charged my card US $1,098”

“I arrived at the hotel before check-out due to my flight delays and I couldn't get to the hotel on May 21 so arrived in the morning before check out and I was told that I cannot check in and was not reimbursed for the stay.”

“The restaurant service was poor, the staff was not friendly and welcoming. It took 2 hours before we could be served coffee and waited another half hour for breakfast to be served, only to be served the wrong items for one of the guests. The bill was prepared and missed one of the guest on the bill. The hotel did not have water coming through the taps for half a day. Had to request the hotel provide bottle water to the room. There was no announcement made to the guests. Taxi service provided……

“Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request.”
