"The hill pool was great. The Margaritaville restaurant was the only choice other than coffee shop on property and it was devoid of local options. The menu is great for US but not why I came to St. Thomas. There were some fantastic local food at Cochi beach that was walkable distance."

"Really loved staying here. The beach was so close and even though it was the “seaweed” time of the year, the beach was beautiful and still usable. We were able to meet some neighbors at the pizza place next to the property who were very friendly. The size of the unit was more than enough for the two of us and was well stocked with snorkeling gear, sun screen, and bug spray(very useful if you’re out at night). We would love to stay here any time we visit St. Thomas!"

"We rented Lisa's condo for a surprise celebration for our dearest friends 45th wedding anniversary. The beautiful and comfortable accommodations were very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped and the stunning views cannot be adequately described. Lisa's onsite assistant Tarcia met us upon arrival and provided us a detailed tour of our accommodations showing the location of items in the kitchen, living area and bedrooms and provided us with recommendations and locations for local shopping, dining and much more. She was a delight! In fact, the level of communication from Lisa and Tarcia before, during and after our stay was stellar and so helpful to us as first time visitors to the USVI! They went above and beyond by providing a wonderful anniversary surprise for our friends and certainly were the most incredible hosts! We will long-remember our time sitting together, enjoying our coffee and conversing and watching the incredible sunrises while marveling at the beauty of God's creation from the balcony of this incredible property! Thank you Lisa for sharing your amazing place with us!"

"Check in was great. Home was beautiful! My kids and I really enjoyed the views. Kitchen was perfect, enjoyed breakfast each morning taking in gorgeous view. Bed comfortable, son said the pull out sofa was as well. "

"We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The place was quiet, the rooms were very clean, and everything you’d need for a relaxing vacation was thoughtfully provided—beach chairs, snorkel masks, floating foam mats, and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with seasonings, tea, and coffee, which was a nice surprise even though we brought our own.Check-in was easy—our host provided clear lockbox instructions, and we didn’t need to contact them at all during our stay. The location felt safe and was close to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again!"
