"The person who checked me in was very unfriendly - didn’t return my greeting, wouldn’t make eye contact or answer my questions, didn’t give me any information about the property - just thrust my keys at me and pointed to the elevator. Another guest had to show me how to use my key to get to my floor. There was no clock in the room at all, and the phone didn’t work. The room was clean but everything looks really cheap and the whole place looks like it was built in two weeks. I had to run a fan sound on my phone because you can hear every hiccup from the hall. It’s cheap compared to other hotels but there are reasons for that, I guess. "

They could only have air or heat, not one or the other so they offered to bring a space heater to our room and finally on the last day of it being in the 40s, they switched the building back to heat. The rooms are very outdated for the price."
