“We did a last minute booking after having to cancel the careful researched stay planned months ago. Jonathan’s place save the day! The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. Jonathan provided so many extras, from toiletries to coffee and ziploc bags. Great location, great place. ”

While went out to some events, most of the time we hung out at the house having fun playing games and enjoying each others company. Both the inside and outside patio and deck spaces worked well for us. Of course the star attraction was the swim spa, which the little girls spent hours enjoying. “Super cute neighborhood. Was great for a family. We got groceries and made breakfast and dinners at the house and got lunches on the go when we were out touring. A short walk to capital hill and longer, but still manageable for teens and adults to get to the further monuments. Will miss my morning runs to the Washington Monument and will visit again!”

“We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely place for a few days during the height of the heatwave in June 2025. The location was great and the customer service we received from Gonzalo and Luissa was beyond accommodating. They were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for our needs. “We had a great time. The place was very clean. After a few flight delays we got to the VRBO much later than expected. We were greeted with a basket of snacks, some quick breakfast items, juice and soda. This was such a nice and much appreciated surprise. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling with our two adult children and their significant other we are usually shorthanded in these supplies but not here. VRBO is beautiful but comfortable. ”
