"The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "

"I stay in many hotels but was pretty disappointed with this experience. We arrived at midnight and were the only people in reception. The check in took 45 minutes and we didn't get to our rooms until 12:50\. I found the person on reception quite brisk and could do with a little but of customer service training and swifter check in! We booked 7 queens but ended up with 6 twins and a queen. Breakfast was nice Rooms were comfortable but the corridors were noisy - bring ear plugs "

"The rooms are ready for some TLC. The carpets in both of our rooms were filthy and the paint is chipping off of the walls. It was unfortunate that the water dispensers on each floor were empty both times we stayed there this month. It was nice that there was a shuttle to and from the airport be be aware that it is not available all day. Our flight arrived in Frankfurt at 11:30am and the shuttle had already left so we were stuck at the airport until 4:30pm when the shuttle service resumed. The last shuttle to the airport from the hotel leaves at 10:30am so if you have a flight mid afternoon you will find yourself having to wait in the airport for many many hours. "
