"The smell was atrocious all around the place. They left used soaps and shampoo and didn't eben bother to provide unused ones. The bedding was horrendous. It was loud all through the night with the staff making no effort to control the noise. Cops showed up one of my nights. But honestly, the smell was so rank, it may have been the most insulting part of my whole stay."

"Let me start this review by saying I liked the overall experience and have no complaints about the staff or property.
Here are some things I liked about the hotel:
- Beautiful common areas that gave me an old time hotel feel.
- Condo was roomy and had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils.
Condo had a washer/dryer in the unit.
- Hotel and Condo had a very clean and fresh scent.
- Hotel and condo were both visibly clean.

"This house worked great even for our large group and was very convenient to Busch Gardens which was our agenda. Everyone was able to shower and still have hot water. The kitchen was serviceable but small if we would have tried to cook a full meal for all 12. "

"At first, I was a little concerned about the neighborhood, but it was actually very quiet and peaceful. The house was super clean and well equipped for our stay. Our host provided great information and responded very promptly to my questions. 100% would stay there again!"
"The property was what I expected for 2 stars. The sheets were clean and we had housekeeping every day. The water pressure was good and the air was working. For the cons. There were only 2 small towels for 2 of us for 3 nights. The mini fridge was 1/3 full of ice. Like it needed defrosting. The tv screen had crayon markings on it. The WiFi was really slow. "

"I loved almost everything about this property! It’s clear that Kathi is committed to providing top-tier customer service. The home was spotless, well-stocked with essentials, and perfectly located near many attractions. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood, which was a huge plus.As a very picky person, I can honestly say this property exceeded my expectations. Kathi was quick to respond to the very few needs we had, showing just how much thought she puts into each guest’s experience.Although I’m not an outdoorsy person, my family really enjoyed the backyard area and screened-in porch—it was a great space to relax and unwind.My only suggestion would be to consider adding ceiling fans in all the bedrooms for added comfort.That said, I would absolutely stay here again!"
