“The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). She said she saw I was put into a parking lot view room, and asked if I’d prefer the park view. Absolutely! The coaster was centered in my window. Later in the week I decided to extend my stay for a night. She helped me join……

“The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.”

“Is foolish bad hotel , not safe And all old , room small , bed dirty , I not go back this hotel any more ”

“Tv didn’t work No WiFi . Mattress was hard. No courtesy at all..”

“Very nice hotel and property. Convenient location, comfortable and quiet rooms.”

“Double check local transportation options prior. Trolley was recommended by staff and very thankful. Got to see many spot of Tampa Bay by trolley , water taxi and walking. FYI if you are wanting to go to Clearwater Beach would recommend plan to stay there due to transportation and traffic . Did wish hotel did do shuttles from airport to hotel and at least have flyers in the lobby of things to do besides asking locals.”
