The expansive, fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating for two and all the major appliances you'll need for easy at-home meal prep. Sip coffee while enjoying the crisp mountain air out on the deck and, in the afternoon, fire up the gas grill for the perfect home barbecue. In the evenings, unwind by the gas fireplace in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-haves. A J1772-type, 50-amp EV charger has been installed as a recent home addition.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
